AfriFest Cincy comes to Sawyer Point Park every summer, and this year was no exception. Rather than try to describe it in words, we’re letting the photos do the talking ~ captured beautifully by Rachel throughout the day.

Each year, Rachel grows plants from seed, shares seeds and educational information about each one with festival-goers, and decorates the pots together with her son. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference, and it’s become one of our favorite parts of AfriFest, so we thought it deserved its own yearly photo tradition.
